Facilities
BCT Structures has over 140,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing facilities. These are located on 10 acres with an additional 7 acres of secured outside storage space. Our main manufacturing facility is a state-of-the-art, newly constructed 100,000 square foot complex that was designed specifically for the modular industry to maximize efficiencies.
- Up to 4 distinct manufacturing lines for flexibility in providing delivery solutions for our clients and increased efficiency
- 35 foot ceiling height, enabling BCT to produce wider units that can be rotated mid process
- Ultra wide 40 foot folding overhead doors to allow BCT to build ready-to-move structures and other custom structures in a controlled indoor environment
- 25 overhead cranes used to maximize production efficiency and versatility
Our second manufacturing building is 25,000 square feet and houses complimentary activities to our manufacturing process including metal fabrication capabilities. In addition, BCT has approximately 15,000 square feet of secured indoor storage on site.
BCT's facilities are strategically located in Lethbridge, Alberta. This allows us to:

- Have direct access to major transportation routes for fast and low cost delivery
